Business Analyst - Airlines (Medior)

Are you ready to take off in the world of aviation ? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Airlines team and support global projects that digitalize airline operations. This is your chance to work with colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, making a real impact on Quality, Safety, Training, and Crew Planning.

What you'll be doing

• Be a key part of our Airline Center of Excellence, mastering processes, systems, and people across a global transport network.
• Support functional and technical experts in implementing and maintaining systems for Quality, Safety, Training, and Crew Planning.
• Analyze, validate, and improve user requests to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with aviation experts, IT teams, and software vendors to coordinate changes in a multi-airline environment.
• Prepare and execute requirements, test cases, and project deliverables from Analysis → Design → Testing → Implementation.
• Assist with end-user training and support during rollouts.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree or equivalent experience; airline background (Flight Ops or Crew Planning) is a strong plus.
• 5+ years in analytical, application support, project, or operational aviation roles.
• Knowledge of Quality & Safety, Training Management, and/or Crew Planning tools (EFOS, Pelesys, iSQMS, Webmanuals, AIMS) is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with logical thinking around data, systems, and processes.
• Excellent coordination skills; able to take initiative and engage the right stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) with clear communication.
• Comfortable with IT tools; experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, QTest is a plus.
